Vocabulary Words: Stencil, sponge paint

Materials: 12x18" white paper, 9" paper squares, scissors, blue tempra, white tempera, sponges, glitter, glue

Cut out snowflakes. Pour some blue and white tempera onto pallettes. Sponge paint over snowflakes on 12x18" paper, dabbing both blue and white on at same time. Pull up snowflakes and set aside to dry. (These look great hanging up or taped to windows - nice change). Outline with glue and sprinkle on glitter.
